At Metro Food International Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Perishable items (produce, dairy, meat, and frozen) can only be returned if they are damaged or spoiled at the time of purchase.

Non-perishable items must be unopened and in original condition.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For purchases made with cash, refunds over $20 may be issued as store credit or require a manager's approval.

No refunds will be given without a valid receipt.

Exclusions:

Alcohol, clearance items, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
